Randy Holden is the Owner and President of Environmental Occupational Training (EOT), where he is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence in training and education within the environmental and construction sectors.

With over 20 years of experience in Property Development and Maintenance, Randy plays a pivotal role in collaborating with staff and accredited trainers to enhance both existing and new training programs. His commitment to client success drives him to ensure that EOT’s goals are achieved in a synergistic manner. Randy is passionate about empowering individuals, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, by providing comprehensive construction and general industry courses. He is actively engaged with Federal Justice programs, the NYS Department of Corrections, and various outreach non-profit organizations to equip students with the career-ready skills needed to thrive in the workforce. Under his leadership, EOT boasts an exceptionally high employment placement rate, reflecting his dedication to student education and career opportunities in the construction industry.

Randy's expertise is complemented by his extensive credentials; he holds multiple licenses and certifications, including being an EPA Asbestos Building Inspector, Supervisor, and Project Designer, as well as an NYS Article 32 Mold Assessor and Contractor. He is recognized by the NYS Department of Health and the United States Environmental Protection Agency for his teaching accreditations, which include the Model Accreditation Program for asbestos classes and Lead abatement curriculums, including the RRP program. Additionally, he teaches HazWoper curriculums and serves as an Authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor across the United States.

A proud graduate of SUNY Canton, Randy earned his degree in Business Management with a minor in Civil Engineering. As a native of the Finger Lakes, he cherishes spending quality time with his family and enjoying the natural beauty and recreational opportunities that the region has to offer.Randy Holden embodies a blend of professionalism, compassion, and commitment to education, making him a respected leader in the field of environmental occupational training.
