How do I sign up for a course?
You can call us at 585-455-9778 to book a course or sign up on our website at www.EnvironmentalOccupationalTraining.com. Feel free to call us if you do not see a course that you are looking for.
What do I need to do to register for a class?
You need a Photo ID or you NYS Drivers License
Do you offer one-on-one training ?
We do offer one-on-one training for any environmental educational topic. In addition, we provide courses and private group training at our facility or yours.
What makes EOT different?
EOT is different from other Environmental Training Providers as we offer training driven towards your specific needs, coupled with extensive hands-on training to better prepare you for your employment. In addition, we strive to prepare our students for their employment by covering topics such as resume writing, employee professionalism, and proper equipment for their job.In addition, we have placed many of our students into high paying first time jobs.
What is the REFUND Policy
If students notify EOT to cancel registration two days prior to the course start, we will refund the course fee less $50.00 registration fee. There are no refunds once training has started.
What is the ATTENDANCE Policy
By regulation, students must attend all hours of the course. By NYS and EPA regulations, students must complete all training within two weeks of starting a course. An additional $50.00 per hour fee is required to make-up any hours or days of training missed.

What happens if I miss a portion of the course?
Classes can be made up (a makeup fee would apply) however you can only miss one day of a particular course and the makeup time must be done within 2 weeks of the original start date of the course. These are requirements of NYS.

Do you offer any online courses?
We offer many online courses for Asbestos, Lead, and Mold Awareness and many other safety courses. Some courses require hands-on training, as required by NYS, so they can be in the classroom only. Please check out our course listings to see which classes offer online training.
